Meet Georell
At Georell, we provide dynamic and differentiated environmental and social consultancy services including environmental assessments and studies, livelihood analysis and studies, community development, waste management consultancy, climate action, training and capacity building on subjects bothering around environmental protection, climate resilience and adaptability, sustainability, pollution control, GBV/SEA, Labour Management, etc. We also provide professional industrial and domestic cleaning and pest control services using environmentally friendly materials. We are driven by quality, excellence and integrity. Governed by standard procedures, we ensure our services and operations meet best international practices. We have continued to provide top class services to our clients on various projects including funded by the Federal Government of Nigeria, Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) such as the World Bank, African Development Bank (AfDB), Islamic Development Bank (ISB), Agence Française de Développement (AFD). Our services are multi-sectoral, cutting across educational, infrastructural, transportation, and energy sectors. As part of our drive for sustainability, in 2022, we launched The Green Club (TGC) and secured an early stage grant from the Afri-Plastic Challenge 2022 as a Semi-Finalist. TGC is a school-based activity to drive transition from linear to circular economy through innovative and creative plastic pollution reduction initiative. This was flagged in selected secondary schools in Abuja, FCT. We are aligned to the United Nations SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation; SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production; SDG 13: Climate Action; and SDG 14: Life Below Water.

School Activities (The Green Club)
This is also known as The Green Club (TGC). TGC is a school-based platform that seeks to stimulate change towards reduction of plastic pollution, and encouraging transition from single-use plastics. TGC promotes principles and practices of circular economy through collaboration with relevant MDAs and School Management. Students will be educated, sensitized, and stimulated to develop innovative solutions to plastic waste which can be used within their schools and homes, thereby reducing the amount of plastic that enters the ecosystem.

Market Places
The market place is a major transactional rendezvous point for people for the purchase of products and exchange of good and services. It is also a spot for heavy generation of wastes, and does suffer poor clean practices, thus making the environment unclean and unsafe for traders and buyers. Also, the unclean and unsafe environment make cause contamination of consumable food products, which may result in diseases.
